The Department of Labor (DOL), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE), Office of Acquisition Services (OAS),on behalf of the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) is, has a requirement for a contractor to provide repair and replacement services of existing video security cameras/software, hardware and equipment, as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to repair and update the Academy Video camera systems. Specific tasks include assessing and repairing CAT5/6 cabling, replacing 9 network switches with PoE switches, replacing 1 switch in the security office, replacing all fiber patch cabling, providing a DVR server with 30-day storage, providing 3 workstations, replacing 7 indoor dome cameras, replacing 9 exterior cameras and adding 1 exterior camera, e-disposing of all removed equipment with a Certificate of Sanitization/Destruction, providing full video system testing, and providing training for up to 5 security and academy staff.
