Peco-Install Radon Mitigation Casita

The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to modify the existing radon mitigation system or install new systems at the two-unit Casita at Pecos National Historical Park. Work includes conducting a site survey, baseline radon testing, pressure field extension communication testing, submitting a design proposal considering the historic nature of the building, and performing horizontal boring and external mitigation on the north side if needed. The contractor must also provide radon testing results at 15 days, 30 days, and six months to prove the system is working.
