This Performance Work Statement (PWS defines the requirements for laundry and cleaning services for D Co, 223rd RTI (RTS-M). The contractor shall provide laundry services for linen within a schoolhouse setting and cleaning services for one building. The goal is to provide hygienically clean linen that consistently meets or exceeds customer expectations. All services must comply with Healthcare Laundry Accreditation Council (HLAC) standards, as well as guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and other applicable government agencies.
1.3 Period of Performance (PoP): The Period of Performance shall be 1 Base Year of 12 months and 4 Option Years of 12-month.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform laundry and cleaning services. Laundry services include collection, sorting, washing, drying, folding, packaging, and delivery of linen from BLDG 6428, 6004, 6108, and 6109 within 1 day of COR notification. Cleaning services for BLDG 6004, which consists of up to 15 rooms, a laundry room, front foyer entry, and hallways, must be completed within 48 hours of COR notification. Services must comply with HLAC standards, CDC, OSHA, and other applicable guidelines. The contractor must also develop and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP) and comply with all installation access and security requirements.
