Eglin AFB Chapel is seeking Roman Catholic Religious Education Coordinator per the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The Roman Catholic Religious Education Coordinator will coordinate catechists and aides, develop a 9-month calendar, prepare sacramental celebrations (First Holy Communion, First Reconciliation, Confirmation), recruit and train volunteers, maintain student and volunteer databases, attend team and advisory council meetings, prepare budgets and after-action reports, and ensure all activities conform to Roman Catholic doctrine and Archdiocese for Military Services curriculum. The coordinator will work an average of 20 hours per week (approximately 1120 hours per year) with on-site presence at Eglin AFB Chapel from September through the first week of June, including Sunday classes and weekday office hours.
