The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, chemical treatment formulations, testing equipment, laboratory analysis, technical support, and monitoring services to maintain optimal water quality and prevent corrosion, scale, and biological fouling in the industrial heating and cooling systems at FCC Yazoo City. Service locations include the Low Security Chiller Plant, Medium Security Chiller Plant, USP Powerhouse, and all associated Hot and Chilled Water Loops. Services include quarterly on-site visits for water sampling and testing (pH, conductivity, TDS, inhibitor residuals, bacteria count), chemical delivery in factory-sealed containers, and emergency on-site response within 24 hours. The contractor must submit formal field service reports after each visit and provide updated Safety Data Sheets.
