The contractor shall perform monthly inspection of chlorination systems and conduct routine maintenance; conduct quarterly inspections of water storage tanks in Buildings 1169, 1185, 2400, and 5108; perform repairs to correct deficiencies outside normal manufacturer's maintenance schedule; replace chlorine and reagent bottles as needed; and respond to emergency call-outs of a malfunction alarm, returning the system to normal and fully functional operating status within two business days. The base period is 16 Nov 2026 to 15 Nov 2027, with four option years.
