CRAC Vault 9 Main Treasury

The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, management, supplies and any other items deemed necessary to complete the following: Remove and install the CRAC units in Vault 9 and remove, modify and install two new doors in Vault 9 as outlined in MT Vault 9 M&E drawings dated 3-19-26 and MT Vault 9 Installation of New Doors dated 6-6-26. Mechanical Phase 1 includes removing existing doors, enlarging wall openings, installing 44-inch doors with STC-50 rating, removing existing CRAC 9-1, installing new Liebert unit with floor stands, piping, ductwork, and balancing. Mechanical Phase 2 includes removing existing CRAC 9-1A, installing new unit, piping, ductwork, and balancing. Electrical scope includes providing circuits, raceways, wire, devices, demolishing existing power, and installing new conduit, wiring, breakers, and disconnects. Siemens Controls scope includes demo and controls for CRAC units with BACnet interface and integration into BAS system.
