This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and no other written solicitation will be issued.
This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 238220. The small business size standard is $19.0M.
This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services: HVAC systems replacement for two buildings
Description of requirements is as follows:

See attached full Combined Synopsis with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award. At a minimum, all quotes should include contact information and CAGE Code.
The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and incidentals necessary to remove the existing HVAC equipment and install new replacement systems for Buildings F5 and F6 at TMGO. Work includes removing and disposing of existing HVAC equipment, furnishing and installing one new HVAC system for Building F5 and one for Building F6, installing refrigerant lines, electrical connections, condensate drains, and accessories, performing startup, testing, balancing and commissioning, removing debris, and providing warranties.
