The contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to supply medical grade quality 'Bulk' liquid oxygen for patient care to the VA Long Beach Healthcare System. This includes refilling tanks with liquid oxygen to maintain a minimum safe fill level, providing telemetry for automatic refill notifications, maintaining and calibrating remote alarms/pressure sensors/alert systems, and providing a daily bulk inventory report. The contractor must also provide and install new tanks at a new location behind Building 1 at the Dietary Loading Dock, as the current tank farm will be moved. The contractor shall coordinate with the VA's Architect/Engineer for design and installation, and provide temporary oxygen supply during construction.
