The purpose of this requirement is to provide items and all necessary services to perform Dormitory Minor Maintenance & Repairs (MM&R) at Barksdale Air Force Base in accordance with Attachment 2, Statement of Work. Barksdale Air Force Base (AFB) intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Under this BPA, the contractor will provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, material, and other items and services necessary to perform MM&R at Barksdale AFB, LA.
Specific requirements for the services are outlined in Attachment 2 and Attachment 3.
The contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, material, and other items and services necessary to perform Dormitory Minor Maintenance & Repairs (MM&R) at Barksdale Air Force Base. Work includes exterior tasks such as repair/painting exterior walls, roof leaks, gutter leaks, repair/replace broken windows, doors, and exterior lighting; interior tasks such as patching/painting walls, ceilings, flooring, repairing lights, ceiling fans, electrical parts, HVAC filter changes, carpet cleaning, plumbing repairs, and replacing fluorescent lamps with LED lamps; and change-of-occupancy maintenance packages. The contractor must complete repairs on time, comply with statutory requirements, and ensure a clean, aesthetically pleasing room upon completion.
