05 August 2026: The most up to date questions and responses have been uploaded. New due date to submit quotes/updated quotes will be 18 August 2025 at 1500 Mountain Time.
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to design and construct a 30' x 40' mezzanine in Building 238, South Center, including a fully enclosed space with an office, break room, and multi-purpose area. Work includes structural steel, decking, stairs, enclosure framing, interior finishes, electrical, data, lighting, and coordination for fire alarm/suppression systems. The design must prioritize a maximum of nine support columns bolted to the existing slab, with a minimum 11'0" clear height below. The contractor is responsible for work area cleanup and debris removal.
