The project includes removing all sediment and pressure washing the inside and outside of the water storage tank, sealing holes and cracks, coating the entire interior and exposed exterior with cementitious coating, and sanitizing the tank. The tank is approximately 15'-4" diameter and 8'-9" deep. The contractor must also clean and repaint the existing vent and overflow, and install new stainless steel screening. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with no work on weekends or Federal Holidays without written authorization.
