Bids submitted via any other means will not be evaluated for this procurement. The sender is responsible for confirmation of receipt. Bids must be received by the date and time specified above (unless changed via Amendment). The USCG is not obligated to review or accept submissions after the deadline.

The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary for the demolition/removal and new construction of the aid-to-navigation (ATON) structure; the Bahia de Guayanilla Entrance Range Rear Light (RRL), Light List Number (LLNR) 32075 at Bahia de Guayanilla, Puerto Rico. The work includes removing the existing metal tower and steel piles, constructing a new James River Ice Resistant Structure (JRIRS) platform supported on steel piles, and installing a steel skeleton tower. The contractor must also conduct pre-construction and post-construction surveys, comply with environmental requirements, and provide transportation for Government Inspectors.
