SITE VISIT: Interested offerors may attend an optional site visit at 1pm local time on August 6,2026. The point of contact for the Site Visit is william.richardson9@va.gov. All questions must be directed to the Contracting Officer via email. Subcontractors or other representatives may attend the site visit in lieu of the offeror.
The contractor shall furnish all supplies, materials, personnel, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to provide complete HVAC/VRF maintenance services in accordance with 2026 National HVAC Regulations, ASHRAE Standard 180, and normal industry standards and practices. Tasks include annual comprehensive split HVAC maintenance and four quarterly operational split HVAC maintenance, covering inspection, cleaning, lubrication, filter changes, and reporting of deficiencies.
