630A4-26-401 MRI AHU Modification

The contractor will design and construct a new air-cooled nominal 30-ton capacity electric chiller to supply chilled water to the existing MRI AHU, including a remote air-cooled condenser, concrete equipment pads, piping, valves, six new fan coil units, a circulating pump, electrical power and controls, integration with the existing Honeywell BAS, and all necessary site investigations, design submittals, and commissioning. The work also includes fencing, landscaping, and restoration of work areas.
