The City of St. Louis Department of Health is seeking proposals from organizations to provide oral health care services, including dental care, diagnosis, prevention, and therapy, to persons living with HIV/AIDS in the Missouri portion of the St. Louis Transitional Grant Area, funded by Ryan White Part A.
The selected Respondent(s) shall provide comprehensive oral health care services to eligible PLWHA within the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part A St. Louis TGA, which includes the City of St. Louis, St. Louis County, St. Charles County, Jefferson County, Franklin County, Lincoln County and Warren County. Services include development of an oral health treatment plan, diagnostic testing, oral health risk assessment and disease prevention, preventative care and screening, practitioner examination, medical history taking, diagnosis, and treatment of dental conditions, prescribing and managing of medication therapy, education and counseling on health issues, and ongoing management of chronic oral health conditions. The Respondent(s) must ensure all services align with TGA needs, comply with HRSA's Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part A and B National Monitoring Standards, and collaborate with DOH, MO DHSS, and other Ryan White grantees.
