The contractor must supply two 1071 nm fiber amplifiers meeting specified technical requirements including wavelength 1071 nm, input power 1-5 mW, output power adjustable up to 5 W, signal-to-noise ratio 50 dB or better, polarization extinction ratio 20 dB or better, and safety interlocks. Delivery is FOB Destination to NIST in Boulder, CO within 18 weeks ARO. The government will provide the 1071 nm input laser. Acceptance is expected within 14 days of receipt.
