The 167th Airlift Wing, Martinsburg, WV is requesting a quote for a Breathable Air Compressor System with installation that members utilize when going into confined spaces. This requirement is being requested and evaluated based on Price Alone with no discussions being held. Please provide a quote in accordance with your terms & conditions.
There will be a site visit scheduled for 12 August 2026 at 0900 at the 167th AW in Martinsburg, WV 25405. Please utilize the attached base pass documents to obtain a base pass 5 days prior to the site visit. Documentation can be sent to philip.henderson.5@us.af.mil AND christopher.broschart@us.af.mil.

The fuel cell maintenance team performs critical maintenance and inspection procedures inside the confined spaces of C-17 aircraft fuel tanks, requiring a Breathable Air System to provide life-support and clean respiratory air to technicians. The existing system is non-functioning and needs refurbishment. The solicitation includes line items for Breathable Air Compressor System Materials, Installation, and Shipping.
