The purpose of this RFQ is to seek quotes from qualified sources under NAICS code 339113 for HDMI Control Module and Inspection Scopes. Responses to this RFQ will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.
**Required Items – Brand Name Only. **The supplier shall provide the following Pure-Processing brand name items only (no substitutes or "equal" products will be accepted.
The proposed action is for a firm-fixed price contract.
The Government contemplates issuing one (1) solicitation for the equipment(s) needed to be provided to the following facilities:

The contractor shall supply four specific Pure-Processing brand items: one Inspection HDMI Control Module (part CD-HDMI), one Inspection Scope 110 cm length, 1.06 mm diameter (part CB1-110), one Inspection Scope 110 cm length, 1.83 mm diameter (part CB2-110), and one Flexible Mount Control Module (part CD-FM). No substitutes or equal products are accepted. The contractor must provide manufacturer documentation, packing slips, warranty information, commercial invoice, shipping documentation, and any manufacturer literature. Acceptance occurs when all items match specified brand and part numbers and quantities and are free from visible damage on arrival.
