Elevator Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services for the Bureau of Reclamation, Eastern Colorado Area Office (ECAO), including the Carter Lake Shaft House (CLSH).
The Contractor shall provide preventive maintenance, inspection, testing, and repair services necessary to maintain the elevators in safe and operational condition. Services include quarterly preventive maintenance, service calls, emergency response, annual load testing (if required), five-year load testing (if required), minor adjustments and repairs, and documentation and reporting. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, transportation, tools, equipment, materials, and incidentals required to perform the work.
