Tele-Town Hall Services for Omaha Veterans Affairs

The contractor must provide tele-town hall services including up to 10 tele-town halls per year with up to 10,000 dials per call, one pre-event automated message per event to up to 10,000 phone numbers, two call screeners per event, video streaming, peer-to-peer texting of up to 10,000 messages of up to 240 characters, and an option for a text and voice message campaign once per year with up to 60,000 recipient phone numbers. The contractor must provide a live person for technical support during events. Data must be purged from contractor infrastructure within 72 hours of a completed event.
