The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) on behalf of United States Attorney’s Office, District of South Dakota (USAO-SD), contemplates the Multiple Award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for grand jury and/or depositions court reporting services. The award of this IDIQ will assist USAO-SD in fulfilling the mission for United States Attorneys to serve as the nation’s principal litigators under the direction of the Attorney General. Anticipated award date is in September 2026.
The contractor will provide grand jury and deposition court reporting services including regular (10-day), intermediate (5-day), daily (next-day), and expedited (same-day) transcripts, certified copies, exhibit copies, attendance fees (regular and remote), cancellation fees, and travel in accordance with FTR for grand jury proceedings in Sioux Falls and Rapid City, SD. Services are priced on a time and materials basis across a base period (09/30/2026-09/29/2027) and four unexercised option periods through 09/29/2031.
