The objective is to purchase common kitchen appliances under the Housing Program (Quality of Life) for single
sailors residing in the barracks. Building 623 is currently under renovation, to include the new kitchen common
area. The specifications for this renovation require kitchen appliances having specific measurements to fit within
the new space.
The contractor shall provide and deliver all specified kitchen appliances for the communal kitchen in Building 623, including: 2 large refrigerators (Electrolux 2 Door Dual Digital Refrigerator 1430lt or equal), 1 sink (MOD. LSBE 1VGSX 12/7 or equal), 1 dishwasher (BOSCH SMV2HTX02G or equal), 2 induction ranges (SMEG PREMIUM LIBERA C9IMX2 or equal), 1 wall-mounted kitchen hood (Cappa snack Acciaio Inox Aisi 430 Basic Model DSS7/12 or equal), 10 medium refrigerators (DAEWOO CKM0373ELNA0 or equal), and 10 microwaves with grill (TOSHIBA MW-AG23P(WH) or equal). All appliances must meet the detailed minimum requirements and specifications listed in the Statement of Work, including voltage (220-240 V, 50 Hz), Italian plug (Schuko), and specific dimensions. Delivery is to the Housing warehouse at TorrisiCrea, S.r.L, Contrada Montecenere, s.n., 95032 Z.I. Piano Tavola, Belpasso, Catania, Italy, within 60 calendar days from award, coordinated with the Government point of contact.
