This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million.
ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
The contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation to perform snow plowing services at the Edward MacDowell Lake Project. The work includes plowing snow from approximately 13,400 square feet of Administrative Area, 18,900 square feet of Parking Area, and 24,000 square feet of Wilder Street Extension roadway. Snow shall be pushed beyond the edge of pavement to designated snow storage sites. The contractor must provide a 3/4 ton four-wheel drive truck with an 8-foot plow equipped with four-way angling capabilities. Services are defined by storm total depth, with maximum payable services ranging from 1 service for 2-6 inch storms to 4 services for 25+ inch storms. The contractor must also submit various pre-work submittals including an Accident Prevention Plan, Activity Hazard Analysis, Site Safety and Health Officer Designation, and a Quality Control Plan.
