with the portion that has already been installed.
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to supply and install a brand name i.Net Quad OP Sound Masking System, including paging capabilities, at the Atlantic County Outpatient Clinic located at 1201 New Road, Linwood, NJ 08221. The work includes equipment delivery, professional installation, project management, as-built drawings, maintenance manuals, sound-masking evaluation tests, calibration, training for VA personnel, and on-site assistance for up to 2 visits within 4 months of substantial completion. The contractor must coordinate with the VA Interior Designer, attend a kickoff meeting within 10 days of award, and provide a project manager. Installation must occur during normal duty hours (8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday) except for exam rooms which may require after-hours or weekend work. The contractor must also provide 30 days free storage and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, building codes, and VA design standards.
