The system must meet specified performance, safety, and compatibility requirements, including precise crosshead control, calibrated load cells, collision mitigation features, and multi-mode mechanical testing capability. The supplier shall install the equipment, verify performance to applicable ASTM specifications, and deliver on-site training along with full documentation.
