Description: The ballistic steel booth on trailer shall provide a protected, climate controlled, transportable workspace suitable for security, access control, customer service, or observation operations. The unit shall be factory assembled, mounted on a heavy duty trailer, and capable of rapid deployment in support of installation security requirements.

The contractor must furnish and deliver five (5) ballistic steel booths on trailers, each providing ballistic protection equivalent to UL 752 Level 3, with a minimum wall thickness of 3 inches. Each unit must include a ballistic swing door, fixed ballistic window, sliding customer-service window, four lockable ballistic gun ports, insulation, electrical system compatible with Japanese commercial power (100V, 50/60 Hz), a generator, HVAC system, and be mounted on a heavy-duty trailer with specified dimensions and features. The contractor must also provide shipping and handling, with delivery to Yokota Air Base, Japan, or alternatively to Tracy, CA for transshipment. The contractor must provide approval drawings, installation drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and a minimum 1-year warranty on materials and workmanship.
