This is a Request for Quote for Installment of Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and Monitoring Services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) contained herein. Offerors must be registered and verified as a SDVOSB in https://search.certifications.sba.gov on the quote due date and at time of award.
The contractor must procure, design, install, configure, and test Digital Monitoring Products (DMP) intrusion systems at seven sites (E-Wing OIT Server Room and Arms Room at Tripler Army Medical Center, ACC Pharmacy and Agent Cashier at Spark M. Matsunaga Building, AIPA Warehouse D155 and D185, Hilo CBOC, and Kauai CBOC), including removal of outdated systems. The contractor must also provide 24/7 monitoring services for eight sites (the seven installation sites plus E-Wing Arms Room), train client personnel, and deliver documentation. All monitoring/detection/siren devices and keypads must utilize hard-wire connections. The contractor must maintain a physical business presence in the Hawaiian Islands and provide on-site technicians within 24 hours. Monitoring must be performed from a U.S.-based, UL-listed central monitoring station with redundant backup facilities also in the U.S.
