The contractor must outfit one 2026 Jeep Cherokee at the vendor's location per the USMS outfitting standard. Work includes installing ceramic window tint (5% on all windows), DSS installation of equipment, USMS Standard Outfitting Package (lights, siren, speaker, tint, inverter & harness), taillight flasher, fascia lights, grill light brackets, dual deck/grill lights, amplifier, handheld control panel, remote node, speaker, power strip, inverter, circuit breakers, cargo box with simplex lock, laptop stand and cradle, radio setup (APX 7500/8500 with antenna, speaker, cables, multiplexer), and magnetic mic conversion kit. The contractor must also perform pre/post vehicle inspection, ensure fuel and battery condition, and complete quality control with photos uploaded to danatracker.com. All emergency equipment and radio must be set on a 30-minute timer. The vehicle must be placed in a fenced secure lot. The contractor is financially responsible for any damage to government property. Parts are covered by a 1-year warranty.
