The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), Hydrological Instrumentation Facility (HIF) has a requirement for an indefinite quantity contract for the delivery of stream gauging hydrological equipment, to be delivered to Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The anticipated contract period of performance is 09/13/2026 to 09/12/2029.
There are no option periods.

In accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 5.101(c)(4)(vi), all responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The contractor must supply stream gauging hydrological equipment as detailed in Attachment 1 - Schedule of Supplies and Attachment 2 - Salient Characteristics, including items such as gas chamber orifice assemblies, cable connectors, cableway gaging systems, portable ADCP towing systems, tipping bucket rain gauges, snow melt analyzers, snow depth sensors, snow scales, non-contact level/velocity discharge measurement systems, surface velocity radars, portable radar discharge measurement systems, tracer discharge measurement systems, handheld surface velocity radars, and radar level/velocity sensors. All items are brand name or equal to specified Kisters/Sommer Messtechnik models. The contract is indefinite quantity with fixed-price orders, FOB destination, with a period of performance from 09/13/2026 to 09/12/2029.
