The 60th Contracting Squadron at Travis Air Force Base intends to establish a Firm Fixed Price contract to provide Shure Axient Wireless transmitter, Receiver and Accessories; this is a Brand name requirement for The Band of the Golden West. See attachments for Statement of Work Statement (SOW) for description of requirement. The intent is to solicit this requirement as 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. This posting is a Pre-solicitation Notice for the purpose of market research of an upcoming requirement. This is not a solicitation. However, this requirement is intended to be solicited this Fiscal Year.

The contractor shall provide Shure Axient wireless transmitters, receivers, and accessories including: AD4Q Four Channel Receiver (Quantity: 2), ADX2 Handheld Transmitter (Quantity: 4), ADX1 Bodypack Transmitter (Quantity: 4), ADTQ PSM Transmitter (Quantity: 1), ADTQ PSM License (Quantity: 1), and Axient PSM Bodypack Receiver (Quantity: 8). The system must operate within an extended spectrum of UHF (470-960 MHz), support Standard Mode and High Density Mode, deliver transparent audio with flat frequency response from 20Hz to 20 kHz and latency of 2.9 ms or less, feature AES 256-bit encryption, True Digital Diversity, interference detection, and be compatible with Wireless Workbench software and AD610 ShowLink Access Point. A 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty (12 months) must be included, and all freight, handling, & labor charges must be included.
