Software License, Maintenance, Support Agreements for Government Customers.
(1) Submit manufacturer's software license agreement for item(s) classified as SOFTWARE/GOODS and SUBCRIPTION/GOODS.
(2) Submit manufacturer's maintenance agreement for item(s) classified as HARDWARE/MAINTENANCE or SOFTWARE/MAINTENANCE.
(3) Submit manufacturer's support agreement for item(s) classified as SERVICES/SUPPORT.
All requested information shall be submitted to Christina V. Brooks via email at chrbrooks@fdic.gov, referencing the solicitation number and including the name of your company and address.
The proposal due date under this RFQ is August 14, 2026 by 6:00 p.m., local time of the FDIC office issuing this solicitation.
The contractor will provide Dell EMC ProSupport services including 4-Hour 7x24 Onsite Service, software support and maintenance, and Keep Your Component For Enterprise for various PowerProtect DD systems. The work includes items such as PowerProtect DD DAE Upgrades and Extensions, PowerProtect DD9400 Upgrades and Extensions, and PowerProtect DD Software Upgrades and Extensions, with quantities ranging from 1 to 480 units, for the period from October 24, 2026, to October 23, 2027.
