Marine Corps Installations - West (MCIWEST) Fire & Emergency Services (F&ES) Departments require hydrostatic testing of 3M
Scott Fire & Safety brand carbon cylinders for the various fire stations aboard, Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Pendleton (CPEN),
Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar, and Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB) Barstow. These services are needed for F&ES to be compliant with applicable National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration
(OSHA), U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) standards. This is a one-time service.

The Contractor shall provide all management, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and services necessary to deliver a one-time hydrostatic testing of carbon cylinders on 3M Scott Fire & Safety brand equipment, including visual inspection and hydrostatic re-testing of 130 sixty-minute, 182 forty-five-minute, 218 thirty-minute, and 18 ten-minute escape pack cylinders, in accordance with DOT, NFPA, OSHA, and OEM standards, with data entry into the First Due database.
