If the offer is not submitted on the SF 1449, include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation. Offers that fail to furnish required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration.
IAW FAR 52.212-2. Award will be made to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Offeror.

The contractor must furnish and deliver 80 spools of STRING, NOMEX/KEVLAR 1/8" DIA, FIRE RESISTANT, 1000' /SPOOL, BRAIDED KEVLAR CORE WITH BRAIDED NOMEX SLEEVE & POLYURETHANE FINISH, C.S.R. INC P/N 857516125-SYN. The material must comply with 46 CFR 164.009-15 for non-combustible materials and must be able to hold a knot without slipping under a 750 lb. test. The cord has a minimum tensile strength of 750 lbs., with a Kevlar core braid and Nomex sleeve braid, and a clear urethane finish. Delivery is to PEARL HARBOR NAVAL SHIPYARD IMF, 667 SAFEGUARD STREET, BLDG 167-1, PEARL HARBOR, HI 96860-5033.
