The project includes all necessary demolition and new construction of architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and civil works to satisfy requirements cited in the FCA Deficiency Report 2018 and other areas of water infiltration. Specifically, it repairs and replaces flashing, repairs or replaces roofing, selectively repairs deteriorated masonry joints, recalks around windows, repairs rain leader connections, replaces sections of underground storm sewer pipes, and regrades around the buildings. The work is to be performed at Buildings 1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 8, 38, 39, 57, and 59 at the Coatesville VA Medical Center.
