The requirement includes assessment, design, furnishing and installation of storage components, implementation of two-bin Kanban and barcode-based replenishment workflows, training, transition support, and post-implementation validation.
This acquisition is set aside exclusively for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. § 47, and HHSAR Subpart 326.6. Quoters must qualify as an Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) and as a small business concern under NAICS 541614 and must submit the completed IHS Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form with their quotation.

The contractor will assess existing medical-supply storage across identified clinical and warehouse locations and validate the approximate 3,538-SKU baseline, develop an optimized storage design with slotting, bin types, labeling, visual controls, two-bin Kanban methodology and par-level and replenishment triggers, furnish and install bins, labels, visual signals and shelving configuration components, implement barcode-based workflows and Government-authorized automated or semi-automated inventory-information exchange with the Morris System, transfer remaining inventory into new bins and locations, provide on-site training for 22 personnel including train-the-trainer for 7, support go-live and stabilization, and perform 90-day post-implementation validation and project closeout within 60 weeks.
