The contractor must deploy 54 high-definition cameras (44 bullet, 9 PTZ, 1 360-degree dome) with specific mounting and performance requirements, including Pixels-Per-Foot targets per UFC 4-021-02. The system must include a DVR/NVR with RAID 5 storage supporting 54 channels plus 10% expansion overhead, minimum 30-day retention, and frame rate optimization (15 fps at IACPs, 4 fps elsewhere). Three primary control stations and one dedicated munitions monitoring station are required. All equipment must adhere to the Approved Equipment List (Attachment A).
