This procurement establishes the contractor tasks for the service, repair, preventative maintenance, and semi-annual test inspections of the Access Control System (ACS) which includes a badging system (computer/printer/camera), and the Intrusion Detection System (IDS) located at NAWCTSD Room 2033 at 12211 Science Dr Orlando, FL 32826. This synopsis is for the same effort that was posted on GSA Advantage in September, under RFQ1835390 - 541330L and RFI1835398 - 541330SEC. See attached PWS and synopsis for details.
The contractor shall perform semi-annual inspections of the ACS and IDS in accordance with IC Tech Spec ver.1.4, including intrusion, tamper, annunciation, assessment, AC power loss, line supervision, and sensor system self-tests. The contractor must provide 24/7 phone support, initiate repairs within 4 hours of a trouble signal, resolve emergency failures within 24 hours, and non-emergency issues within 8 hours. The contractor shall maintain and upgrade all ACS and IDS hardware and software, including Honeywell ProWatch and SQL databases, replace consumables, provide a real-time occupancy monitoring capability, and install an additional card reader with anti-passback feature. The contractor must provide documentation for maintenance and repairs within 10 days and for inspections within 30 days.
