Room Accommodation for LEGAT HUMINT Training in Makati City
The contractor must provide up to 53 single-occupancy deluxe rooms for two training sessions (October 19-24 and October 26-31, 2026), with the hotel located within 3 km of Dohle Haus in Makati City. The hotel must be DOT-accredited and rated at least four-star, with an in-house restaurant, daily housekeeping, guest rooms of at least 25 sq m with work desk and high-speed internet, 24-hour security, CCTV, key-card access, fitness center and pool, and an average online rating of 4.0/5.0. The contractor must also provide airport-to-hotel transfers (car/van), a conference package with function room and meals, and additional meal requirements as specified.
