The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to questions submitted regarding the solicitation. As a result of these questions and responses, the response due date remains unchanged.
Answer: All information regarding the solicitation titled “Installation and Maintenance for Water Monitoring System at the Bedford VA Medical Center” is posted publicly on SAM.gov. This includes the confirmed bid date and time, as well as any amendments that have been issued.

The contractor shall furnish and deliver equipment (tubing pairs, pH sensors, intake tubing, pressure regulators, CLX chlorine monitors), provide on-site technical support and system start-up, and perform ongoing monitoring and maintenance for 19 PWA base monitoring systems and 7 PWA advanced monitoring systems. Services include chlorine analyzer maintenance, consumable replacement, cellular connectivity and data transmission, multi-parameter sensor calibration, and continuous access to the phiAnalytics web-based water analytics platform. The contractor must also remove and dispose of the existing proprietary system.
