Enclosed is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for WHSE#5 roof replacement at RAJ. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form that follows this letter.
The U.S. government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
Quotations are due by 4:00 PM, August 20, 2026 (Bangkok Local Time). No quotations will be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English and incomplete quotations will not be accepted. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to Pinlaorp@state.gov. Please enter in the subject line: “Quotation Enclosed-RFQ#19TH2026Q0071 – WHSE#5 Roof Replacement at RAJ” It is important to make sure the submission is made in a specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB. If the file size exceeds 30MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each.
The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services to replace the corrugated fiber cement roof tiles over a combination of steel and wood trusses on the Main Warehouse (WHSE #5) measuring approximately 14,000 square feet located at Rajdamri Compound. The work includes, but is not limited to: removal and disposal of existing ACM corrugated fiber cement roof tiles and associated penetration flashings; selective repair of existing wood and steel purlins and framing; installation of new roof metal panels; installation of new sheet metal flashings at penetrations and perimeters; and all other miscellaneous and incidental work required to install a complete roofing system. The contractor must also comply with asbestos removal protocols for non-friable ACM, provide temporary facilities, maintain safety and quality control, and restore the construction area to its original condition.
