The contractor must provide one BioMicroLab VC384 Automated Sample Management System, one dedicated Windows 11 Professional workstation, remote installation and training services, a twelve-month Reliance Complete Service Contract, and shipping and delivery to NCATS in Rockville, Maryland. The system must support automated sample identification, tracking, inventory management, and retrieval for high-density 384-format tube racks, with integrated 2D barcode scanning and software for instrument control and audit records.
