The contractor shall perform monthly UST compliance inspections, annual UST and AST compliance inspections, triennial UST compliance inspections, and preventative maintenance including decommissioning of two ASTs at Building 20 and fuel tank polishing. The contractor must be certified by the Office of the Illinois State Fire Marshall and hold Illinois Class ABC certification. Work includes on-site inspections, written and photo documentation, compliance with federal and state regulations, and formal reporting. The contract has a base period from September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2027, with four option years.
