The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to implement a certified Horizontal Structured Cabling System at the USDA APHIS IS Reynosa facility. The work includes installation of 62 data points, labeling, certification, and documentation of a complete Cat 6 Structured Cabling System, preparation of as-built drawings and technical reports, removal of all previously installed cabling, and coordination to avoid service interruptions. The system must comply with ANSI/TIA standards, and all 62 points must be tested and certified with full PDF reports delivered.
