Description of the service: This is a non-personal service to perform Total Ground Maintenance at USAG Italy, DMC. The Contractor shall manage and provide all equipment, tools and labor necessary to perform the ground maintenance, as described in detail on the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Solicitation W912PF26QA050..
Location of the work: The service shall be performed at Camp Darby, Tirrenia (Pisa), Italy.
Performance Period: The performance period will be as follows:
Period One: 22 September 2026 – 21 September 2027
Period Two: 22 September 2027 – 21 September 2028
Period Three: 22 September 2028 – 21 September 2029
Period Four: 22 September 2029 – 21 September 2030
Period Five:: 22 September 2030 – 21 September 2031
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform all grounds maintenance service tasks. The work includes mowing and trimming; leaf and debris removal; tree, hedge, and shrub planting, maintenance, irrigation, and fertilization; policing of areas; tree and stump removal, and other associated work. Services are to be performed for Improved Grounds (High Visibility), Semi-Improved Grounds (Common Areas), Fire Breaks and Ranges, including specific tasks such as lawn mowing, edging, trimming, fertilizing and liming, ground repair/erosion control, landscaping maintenance of flower beds, debris removal, tree pruning, hedge and shrub pruning, and service of fire breaks and ranges. The contract also includes an 'Additional Works' CLIN for work items taken from the 'Prezzario Regione Toscana' price list with a minimum discount of 15%.
