This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical services in accordance with RFO FAR Part 12. The Indian Health Service intends to award a purchase order for Community Health Immunization Resources services. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) 75H70427Q00002. See attached solicitation and three additional attachments for the complete requirement, instructions, provisions, and clauses.

The contractor will conduct interviews in 3-5 geographically diverse AI/AN communities, develop 3-5 table top toolkits, 5-10 flyers, and 3-10 other communication tools based on community preferences, translate resources into approximately five community languages, host and maintain resources on a website, attend in-person CHW/CHR training, conduct a recorded webinar, track resource performance, and coordinate with IHS and BoostVax partners. All deliverables must be provided in editable formats with unlimited rights to the Government.
