The contractor shall remove indicated roof gutter systems and replace with new gutter systems. Install a Class A, B, or C fire rated roof assembly that meets wind pressure requirements over the existing metal roof system with a 20-year No Dollar Limit (NDL) warranty. The new roof system shall consist of polyisocyanurate flute fill insulation and continuous insulation with a PVC membrane. Replace or extend gas and plumbing vents and roof curbs to provide required clearance above the new roof system. Provide all (counter)-flashings, terminations, fasteners, sealants, and other accessories required for a weathertight installation. The existing metal roof over outside storage areas and entrance canopy will remain as is; provide transition between new and existing roofing systems at these locations. The Basis of Design (BOD) roofing system is by Durolast 'Metal Retrofit'. The contractor must also provide all inspection services and manufacturer's inspections required for the project warranty.
