The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to procure and outfit six (6) custom-built special purpose armor delivery vehicles. Each vehicle will consist of a medium duty truck chassis (similar to Ford F-550/650 or Chevrolet 5500/6500) with a flatbed and integrated A-frame. The contractor shall procure the vehicles, install a flatbed with a permanently attached A-frame capable of supporting up to 6000 lbs. of transparent armor, install a retractable cover, provide equipment storage, and prepare for emergency lighting. The contractor shall perform comprehensive functional testing and coordinate with the Government for inspection and handover. The warranty shall be valid for a minimum of twelve (12) months from the date of Government acceptance.
