The base bid includes general construction for all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and testing for new construction of the 10-bed CLC Cottage and all associated site work. Deductive alternates cover replacing composite wood ceiling with gypsum board, eliminating an electric fireplace, eliminating kitchen millwork and appliances, eliminating resident room millwork and outlets, and eliminating exterior planters and trellis.
