GAOA Accessible Upgrades Toilet Replacement

This contract is for the demolition, replacement and relocation of the vault restroom facilities as well as associated accessibility site work in the Stanislaus National Forest, Calveras, Groveland and Sugar Pine Ranger Districts. The work includes demolition of existing restroom structures (concrete, fiberglass, and wooden vault toilets), removal of existing vaults, installation of new precast concrete vault toilet buildings (single and double units) with prefabricated concrete vaults, polyethylene liners, and all associated hardware. Site work includes structural excavation and backfill, aggregate base courses, asphaltic concrete paving for paths and aprons, weed and disease prevention, and final cleanup and disposal of all debris off National Forest lands. The contractor must provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary.
